Requirements
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Minimum of two years experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Proven track record of exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in medical office software and general computer applications, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to align work hours with California (PST) time zone
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
