Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms
Process and track wholesale orders for high-end furniture and other products
Provide customer support via email and online chat
Assist with social media content management, including post scheduling
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns based on provided guidelines
Troubleshoot technical issues with various apps and software independently
Scope
Full-time position (35 hours/week) during UK core hours
Focus on supporting multiple e-commerce brands, including Haven + Wild
Manage both retail and wholesale operations for high-end furniture and other products
Flexible schedule with some overlap with UK time zone
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Requirements
Experience in general virtual assistant work, preferably in e-commerce
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written communication skills in English
Proficiency in using various online tools and e-commerce platforms
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative
Quick learner with adaptability to master new tasks and systems rapidly
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Attention to detail, especially when handling product information and customer orders
