LastPass is looking for an Account Executive, VSB:

Account Executive is based in United Kingdom to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process - from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals - while providing exceptional service to small business clients. The Account Executive will report to the SMB Sales Manager based out of the Dublin.

Who will you work with?

  • You will collaborate with Marketing to align on lead generation, messaging, and campaigns that drive inbound interest.
  • You will engage with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs/BDRs) to receive qualified leads or help nurture outbound prospects.
  • You will partner with Account Executives (AEs) to hand off larger opportunities that require more in-depth selling, and work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition after the sale and drive retention efforts.
  • You will interact with the Product Team to provide feedback from small business customers on product needs and improvements.
  • You will team up with Operations/RevOps to optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting, while coordinating with Finance & Billing to ensure seamless pricing, contracts, and payment processes for small businesses.

  • Manage a high volume of quotes, ensuring fast, accurate turnarounds to close deals quickly.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing complex and routine requests to keep sales running smoothly.

  • Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with your territory data.
  • CRM, Excel, and sales tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
