Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Qualification:

MBA HR

Experience:

1 to 3 years

Salary:

INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Officer will oversee and manage all aspects of the employment process, including recruitment and selection, onboarding and orientation, training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and HR data and analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen and source candidates for various job openings in the organization
  • Manage and maintain employee files and records, including tracking attendance, leave, and performance metrics
  • Handle employee relations and assist with dispute resolution
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organization goals
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and oversee payroll management processes ensuring employees receive timely and accurate payments
  • Assist with employee training and development initiatives to ensure that employee skills and knowledge meet organizational needs
  • Ensure that HR data and analytics systems are up-to-date and accurate
Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR data analytics and systems
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
