Job description

We are hiring for below position.

Job Profile – QA Manager

Qualifications : Plastic Engineering / Diploma Holders / CIPET

Experience : 2- 4 years preferably plastic manufacturing exposure in quality assurance.

Job Specification:

1. Safety of Q.A equipment and Q.A Premises
2. To maintain 5 S-S /GMP / Global standard requirements.

Quality Assurance Activities-

1.Effective implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System.
2. Ensure Recipe, SOP, PDS, PCS, Procedure, specifications of all jobs, equipment available and documented.
3. Ensure all process follows the same in full and report deviation to Unit Operations and to respective Process heads
4. Liaison with planning and know in advance the Machine Program, know the job and know any issues. Complaints, issues /IR & accordingly guide process to overcome
5. Ensure line clearance given to all process, monitor IR & CAPA/Effectiveness of CAPA
6. Know deviation of FG and Monitor ER and CAPA /Effectiveness of CAPA
7. Know customer debits, OLR and overall measure cost of quality.
8. CIP on continual improvements in quality, all technical matters & therefore to bottom line.
9. Assist to process with SPC.
10. Total Quality Management
11. Monthly /quarterly / Yearly reports maintain
12. Calibration & maintenance of All Q.A equipment's
13. External tests
14. MIS of Q.A process and review with Unit head.
15. Addressing customer complaints : Acknowledge customer within 24 hrs, CAPA within 72 hours, visit customer whenever /wherever required within stipulated time or as per requirement
16. ISO/BRC systems - A. Custodian of ISO/BRC, B. MR, C. Internal audits
