Requirements
Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration.

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
