We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative Intern with a strong interest in scientific research writing and publication. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any inquiries related to scientific research publications.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking support and assistance regarding scientific research publications.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Understand and effectively communicate information about our scientific research publications, including content, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in navigating our online platforms and accessing scientific research articles and publications.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or technical issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with accessing or downloading scientific research publications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer support system.
  • Identify common customer issues and trends, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer support process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in scientific research writing and publication.

Requirements
  • Age limit: 18-25 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences.
  • Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, demonstrating empathy and patience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with scientific research publications and an understanding of the publishing process is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in staying updated on advancements and trends in AI and data-driven IT/informatics.
