We are seeking a Knowledge Management Intern to join our team. As a Knowledge Management Intern, you will work closely with our knowledge management team to develop and maintain our knowledge base. You will be responsible for creating and updating articles, documenting processes, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in knowledge management and exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update knowledge base articles
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
  • Assist with the development of training materials
  • Learn and utilize various knowledge management tools and software, such as Confluence and SharePoint
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with knowledge management best practices and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or other knowledge management tools is a plus.
