Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Educate clients on mental health techniques tailored to their needs.
• Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Foster a compassionate and confidential therapeutic space.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting.
