Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Hospitality Data & Revenue Strategy Specialist to optimize our marketing efforts through in-depth data analysis and strategic insights. In this role, you will analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and digital campaigns to drive booking conversions, enhance brand visibility, and improve guest retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry’s digital landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stay engaged beyond transactions, provide industry insights, and anticipate client needs with consistent follow-ups.
- Use personalized marketing efforts, social proof, and competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhance guest satisfaction, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular meetings to identify challenges, goals, and market positioning. Actively listen and personalize strategies.
- Align recommendations with business vision, offering data-driven insights and proactive opportunities.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to create Google Ad campaigns based on the specific businesses needs and data insights for their clients.
- Analyze marketing data from digital platforms (Google Analytics, social media, email campaigns, and paid CPC ads) to optimize performance.
- Identify guest behavior patterns and trends to enhance targeting strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving website traffic, booking conversions, and guest retention.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Make recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness across digital and offline channels.Review results from previous changes and strategizes on iterative changes based on results.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance direct bookings and reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and provide to clients to understand the impact to marketing strategies and competitiveness.
- Assist clients in budget allocation and ROI analysis for different marketing channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Onsite Working experience in a lodging establishment providing, front desk, PMS,, Marketing and operations.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or digital marketing within the hospitality/lodging industry.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO tools, project management platforms, and social media analytics. Google office suite software and Excel
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with data analysis, segmentation, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience with CPC (Google Ads, Expedia, Booking, TripAdvisor, FB, Insta, Bing Ads)
