Job Description

As a Junior Marketer, you’ll wear multiple hats in this exciting hybrid role that combines creative social media management with essential administrative tasks. You’ll be instrumental in growing our online presence while ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a diverse skill set in digital marketing, content creation, and practice management within the rewarding field of mental health. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead our social media efforts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes mental health awareness
  • Craft compelling reels and short-form videos that educate and inspire our followers while showcasing our practice’s expertise
  • Manage direct messages and comments, fostering a supportive online community and nurturing potential client relationships
  • Design eye-catching PDFs, Google Docs, and presentations using tools like Canva to enhance our marketing materials and client resources
  • Implement strategies to grow our email list, converting social media followers into engaged subscribers
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, ensuring efficient practice operations and freeing up our therapists to focus on client care
  • Collaborate with the team to align marketing initiatives with our practice goals and values
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics, providing insights to refine our digital strategy

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in creating and managing content for various social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools like Canva, with the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
  • Basic understanding of mental health topics and sensitivity to the nuances of communicating about therapy
  • Experience with email marketing and list growth strategies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team
