Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1300 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly assertive, people-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The main focus of this role will be recruitment, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified hires. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strong communicator in both English and Spanish, and confident in engaging with people. We will also focus on candidates with experience or interest in Sales to support efforts in acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting, Onboarding and Sales:

  • Screen candidates and conduct video interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Initiate contact with potential business clients from provided lists.
  • Establish relationships and create new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English & Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in recruiting
  • Excellent communication and assertiveness in handling calls and interviews.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with high-volume calling and email management.
  • Tech-savvy, able to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
  • Long-term commitment with a willingness to undergo a 1-3-month ramp-up period.
  • Reliable Wi-Fi connection and dedicated workspace for professional call handling.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Familiarity with Breezy (ATS), Go High Level (CRM), Helpscout, Aircall, and Slack.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Personality traits aligned with dominance/assertiveness for success in the role.
