Job description

We’re Novakid School, the English academy for kids of the future. We teach English as a foreign language to children all over the world, using our live 1:1 and group class platform, AI tutoring features, and learning games. We’re the biggest English tutoring platform for kids in Europe, delivering millions of lessons each year.

We’re looking for a Product Manager (senior experience level) to own our visitor experience and landing page journeys, crafting high-converting journeys for millions of monthly visitors.

We’re not just looking for someone to change button colours in A/B tests. You’ll have a cross-functional squad of developers, designers and analysts, and access to leverage our product portfolio including live tutoring, AI tutoring, and learning games to test and validate hypotheses around how best to convey the value of Novakid to site visitors.

This role operates at the high-leverage, top of funnel point in our user journey, so we’re looking for someone ambitious, fast-moving, data-oriented and with several years of experience running a high-volume web product or landing pages.

We run an elastic set of product squads, so we’re looking for someone ‘T-shaped’ - an expert in landing page journeys and web conversion, but with the flexibility to work on all areas of product, from child-facing learning experiences to learning data visualisation for parents.

What You’ll Do…

  • Become one of our small, strong group of 6-8 Product Managers, leading the squad that owns the ‘visitor’ user journey

  • Own the ‘visitor to lead’ metric, rapidly experimenting with landing page design and UX flow, and optimising paint time / page speeds to improve our critical top of funnel metric

  • Drive experimentation and best practices across the company; you’ll use your experience and people skills to increase the number of experiments we run, keep improving self-service experimentation tools for other teams using the website, and actively train and improve the experimentation and data skillset in the company 

  • Work daily with the CPO (Toby Mather) and your peer group of Product Managers, analysts and designers in our low-bureaucracy, fast-paced, flat hierarchy team.
