At its core, LocalStack provides a high-fidelity emulator and local cloud development platform. Imagine developing cloud applications and data pipelines entirely on your local machine within a lightweight cloud sandbox, running in Docker!

Requirements
What you will be working on/responsible for
- Effectively manage inbound lead flow (60%)
- Build up outbound pipeline in mid market and enterprise sector (40%)
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
- Qualify leads before passing them onto AE for a demo
- Meet or exceed SDR sourced volume targets
- Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all leads (we use hubspot with amplemarket)
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results
Experience we expect you to bring to the role
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the B2B tech or developer tools space.
- Proven experience with cold calling and cold outreach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels of an organization.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Positive and energetic phone presence, excellent listening skills, and strong writing abilities.
- Determined personality with a passion for growth and success.
- Experience initiating first calls with qualified customers.
- Expertise in both inbound and outbound pipeline creation.
- Prior experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in a startup environment.
- Ability to qualify potential customers before passing them to an Account Executive for a demo.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, handling uncertainties and challenges effectively.
- Must be located in the EST time zone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing leads in new territories or via new channels.
- Experience conducting strategic outreach to enterprise customers.
