Job description

We are looking for a Solution Delivery/Support Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to develop, maintain, and support our integration platform. This role involves working with Java/Groovy, managing databases, assisting with AWS DevOps functions, and providing Tier 2 platform support. The ideal candidate will also participate in occasional customer-facing calls with technical teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain solutions using JTScript (based on Groovy and Java)
Support and resolve Tier 2 platform issues, including troubleshooting and debugging.
Participate in occasional customer-facing technical discussions to assist in issue resolution.
Work with RESTful APIs and scripting to automate tasks.
Manage AWS DevOps functions, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based deployments, and monitoring.
Optimize system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
