Your mission as a Marketing Lead
Join Appinio as our Marketing Lead DACH, where you will drive growth and brand positioning in the region. You will develop and execute a strategic, data-driven marketing approach that fuels demand, strengthens brand awareness, and supports sales. With a hands-on mindset, you will optimise marketing processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build a high-performing team to establish Appinio as an industry leader.
What you will be doing
You will thrive in this role if
- A broad marketing skill set, including 6-8 years of expertise in events, performance marketing, content, PR, partnerships, and product marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or insights-driven industries, equipping you to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with global teams, commercial partners, and external agencies.
- A strategic and hands-on mindset, allowing you to craft high-level plans while executing them effectively.
- A deep understanding of sales alignment, ensuring marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth.
- A proactive and ownership-driven approach, where you identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive solutions forward.
- An in-depth understanding of the DACH market, allowing you to position Appinio competitively in the region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with full professional proficiency in German (C2) and fluent English.
- Experience in a fast-growth or bootstrapped company, with the ability to navigate challenges and scale marketing efforts efficiently.
