This is a remote position.

Job Description
Schedule: 9am to 6pm Ontario, CA time with 1 hour unpaid lunch

We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Specialist to join our team and help expand our reach in the market across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging with architects, interior designers and builders to introduce and promote our high-quality Acoustic Wall Panels products.
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to a targeted list of architects, interior designers, building companies.
  • Introduce our Acoustic Wall Panels and articulate their benefits.
  • Successfully engage potential clients to secure their interest and agreement to receive a free sample/sample kit.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Record all call activity and customer information within our CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up (HubSpot)
  • Provide feedback to the team from potential customers and follow-ups after receiving feedback about samples.

Incentives : We offer additional incentives for each potential client signup on the website and for every product sample shipped to a potential client. These bonuses are designed to reward performance and are in addition to a base salary.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the home decor, building materials, or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Resilience and tenacity to handle sales rejections and continue with a positive and persistent approach.
  • Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
