This is a remote position.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Voice)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Lewisburg, TN Time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Job Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Owner and team by managing client onboarding, scheduling, social media updates, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Portal Management
• Add new and existing clients to the client portal and ensure accurate information is maintained.
• Assist in onboarding new clients based on information from the sales team.
• Follow up on incomplete client information and assist in document collection.

Scheduling
• Manage and update the Owner’s ever-changing schedule.
• Review sales channels and ensure potential clients are scheduled for consultations.
• Follow up with leads and potential clients to confirm and remind them of upcoming meetings.

Administrative Support
• Organize emails, files, and important documents for easy access.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, deadlines, and required documents.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM software.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work independently.
