Job Title: Automation Analyst
Location: Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

The Automation Analyst will assist in building, monitoring, and troubleshooting automated workflows for clients. This role requires familiarity with Make.com and Airtable and a proactive approach to resolving issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the hiring manager to implement and maintain automation solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Building Automation Flows:

Use Make.com to create workflows based on designs provided by the hiring manager.
Collaborate to ensure workflows meet client requirements and function seamlessly.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Monitor automated workflows for errors or failures.
Troubleshoot and fix errors promptly, implementing mitigations to prevent recurrence.
Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and propose solutions.

Client Support:

Provide support and insights to clients regarding the effectiveness of automation workflows.
Document workflows and updates to ensure transparency and ease of understanding.

Technical Documentation and Learning:

Maintain detailed records of workflows, changes, and resolutions.
Stay updated on Make.com and Airtable advancements to enhance capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

Familiarity with Make.com (no-code automation platform) and Airtable (database and integration platform).
Proficiency building user interfaces with Glide Apps
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple workflows.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience in automation or workflow management.
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining successful workflows.
Experience working in a client-facing role
