Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a technology company specializing in vertical software for the industrial parking space. The company values a strong work ethic and is seeking a sales professional who thrives in a startup environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is experienced in the full sales funnel from marketing and lead generation to discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing. This role requires proactive cold calling and the ability to execute all aspects of the sales cycle. We are expecting this role to make a minimum of 80 calls per day or generate 5-10 qualified appointments set per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Conduct cold calling and other direct outreach efforts to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone tools (Aircall) to manage and track sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities to refine and enhance the companys sales and marketing processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Adapt to a startup work culture, which may involve occasional off-hours availability.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Slack, and Aircall (or similar tools).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a results-driven mindset.
