About the role

As a member of the Revenue Marketing Team reporting to the VP Revenue Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to create sales pipeline in the US. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the overall growth of our business in the region. If you are a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and have a passion for marketing, we want to hear from you. You’ll collaborate with the various Syncron teams, including Demand Gen, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations and Sales.

What would you do?
  • Field Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the regional field marketing strategy to achieve business objectives, including content creation, demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement in full alignment with the wider sales and marketing teams.
  • Physical and Virtual Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing events, trade shows, seminars, and webinars ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Content Development: Collaborate across teams to create content and/or repurposing existing content that better fit the local business’ need.
  • Market Knowledge: Constant learning and update on local market trends to identify opportunities, key topics, and competitive insights, leveraging this knowledge to refine regional strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful marketing initiatives with a clear ROI and business impact for pipeline generation.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess the success of field marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, product managers, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for regional marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of field marketing programs and their impact on regional business goals.
Who you are? / What we expect:
  • 3-5 years of years of experience in field marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of success. Preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communications skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools such as Hubspot, 6Sense, SFDC.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
The icing on the cake:
  • Proven track record of collaborating within a global organisation across various roles.
  • Skilled in developing targeted regional programs that align with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Ability to create content to support regional marketing strategies
  • Experience of working in industries that support the aftermarket
