Job Overview

We’re looking for an AU Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in executing creative and strategic marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of digital projects, from content creation to web management, and contribute to our company’s growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital content, optimizing online campaigns, and ensuring our website functions at its best. You’ll work across multiple marketing channels, creating engaging visuals, producing compelling videos, and monitoring campaign performance to drive brand awareness and engagement.


Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Creative Content Production
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Canva and InDesign for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Create and edit high-quality marketing videos to engage target audiences.
Website Development & Maintenance
  • Manage and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
  • Assist in custom WordPress development and implement enhancements to meet industry standards.
  • Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and backups.
Digital Marketing & Online Advertising
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Conduct SEO optimization to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
Marketing Administration
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights to enhance future strategies.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video production/editing.
  • Proficiency in WordPress website management and web development.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and online marketing tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics to measure performance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website enhancements.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
