About the Role

We are looking for a strategic sales leader to drive growth in the BFSI sector in India, with a focus on acquiring, leading, and developing major accounts within select financial services institutions in West India.

This role requires a proven track record of selling complex solutions to banks, insurers, and fintechs. You will engage with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Heads of Data & Risk, positioning Skyflow as a critical enabler of security, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will also work closely with channel partners to drive revenue and expand our reach.

You can:
  • Acquire, lead, and develop major accounts within select strategic BFSI accounts in West India

  • Establish and maintain executive relationships, positioning Skyflow as a key strategic partner

  • Conduct effective C-level presentations, driving sales planning and accurate business forecasting

  • Navigate complex procurement and regulatory challenges to drive deal execution

  • Establish and expand relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth

  • Manage long, consultative sales cycles and close multi-year, high-value deals

  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and executive teams to win key accounts

You have:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consistently exceeding quota

  • Proven success selling into strategic BFSI accounts in India

  • Strong executive relationships in banking, insurance, and fintech

  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements like DPDP, RBI, and IRDAI mandates

  • Experience working with channel partners and a channel-centric go-to-market approach

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for engaging clients and internal teams

  • Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills to manage complex deal cycles

  • Deep understanding of technology integrations and product complexities
