SeeMyLegacy is a community engagement and fundraising platform that helps community organizations run memorial programs, fundraisers, sponsorships, and volunteer initiatives. We empower communities to modernize their giving programs, drive meaningful participation, and create lasting recognition—while streamlining operations with powerful digital tools.

We are looking for highly ambitious, driven, and dynamic individuals to join our sales team and present our value to cities, universities, museums, and parks. In this fast-paced inside sales role, you’ll excel if you thrive on building relationships, delivering value-driven pitches, and consistently driving results with energy, confidence, and a sense of urgency in every interaction.

This is a 100% remote position operating full time from 9AM-5:30PM EST.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive Growth for SeeMyLegacy: Take ownership of every opportunity and relentlessly pursue success to expand our platform’s reach.
  • Proactive Outreach: Make 75-90 outbound interactions daily to your assigned accounts, presenting SeeMyLegacy’s value proposition and securing qualified meetings.
  • Meeting Goals: Consistently book 45-60 meetings monthly by identifying and connecting with decision-makers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and quickly connect with decision-makers within your book of business to drive opportunities forward.
  • Adapt and Learn: Be eager to learn, pivot strategies, refine messaging, and adapt your approach to maximize success.
  • High-Activity Mindset: Embrace a phone-first approach with a strong desire to meet and exceed activity-based KPIs, including call volume and meeting bookings.
  • Confident Communication: Deliver clear, compelling, and value-driven messaging on every call, ensuring stakeholders understand the unique benefits of SeeMyLegacy.
  • Relentless Pursuit of Deals: Drive every opportunity to close by engaging the right stakeholders, overcoming obstacles, and advocating for every account.
  • Organize and Document: Maintain meticulous documentation of communications, next steps, and progress in HubSpot CRM, ensuring a clear and organized path to success.
