Job Description

As a B2B Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying businesses ready to transform their online presence. Your role is pivotal in our client’s growth strategy, requiring a blend of communication finesse and digital marketing savvy. You’ll conduct brief yet impactful audits of businesses’ online profiles, sparking interest in our services and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. Responsibilities
  • Conduct 50-100 engaging outbound calls daily to local businesses, identifying those eager to improve their Google Business rankings
  • Perform swift, insightful audits of businesses’ online presence during calls, highlighting areas for improvement
  • Schedule 3-5 high-quality appointments daily with decision-makers for our expert sales team
  • Master our CRM system (Hubspot) to meticulously track client interactions and appointment outcomes
  • Develop and refine strategies to overcome objections, providing compelling information about our services
  • Contribute to team goals by consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and enhance your skills
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B appointment setting or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing sector
  • Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Hubspot experience being a significant advantage
  • A solid foundation in digital marketing concepts, particularly SEO and Google Business rankings
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, thriving in a remote work environment
  • Ability to maintain a conversion rate of 5-10% from calls to qualified appointments
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and eagerness to learn about the latest digital marketing strategies
  • Comfortable with a performance-driven environment, including meeting daily and monthly targets
  • Plus commissions based on performance
