We are currently recruiting for the positions in China 我们诚聘如下职位
Position : Customer Engagement and Service Manager
(Flexibility to be home office based )
He or she will be responsible for the delivery of supply -chain traceability in greater China region to meet the project requirement of Brand and Retailer based in Europe and the USA . We offer the flexibility for this position to be home-based
本岗位可以选择居家办公模式，负责欧美品牌商纺织服装供应链追溯项目在大中国区的实施。
Scope of work including but not limit to 主要工作职责如下
- Manage the traceability project implementation in the region by working closely with global project manager and other project team members .
通过与全球项目经理及纤维厂家、纱线厂商、面料厂商、服装厂商等相关供应链企业紧密合作，管理欧美品牌商在大中国区的供应链追溯项目实施
- Efficiently manage and sustain relationships with key contact personnel in regional brand offices
有效地管理并维护与品牌商大中华区项目负责人之间的合作关系
- Follow up and support our textile supply chain partner on platform registration , provide in-depth training and resolve various issues users encounter while using the platform协助纺织服装供应链企业入驻TG追溯平台，提供平台使用培训，并解决企业在使用TG追溯平台过程中遇到的各种问题。
- Work with development team for product improvement based on first-hand
feedback and market insight.
根据企业使用TG平台的反馈以及大中国区纺织服装行业的特点，与印度开发部门同事持续沟通，进一步完善并拓展TG平台的各种功能
- Manage relationships with key supply chain partners and industry organization
管理与大中国区主要供应链企业、行业组织的关系

Required Competencies 岗位要求
- 10+ Years working experience in textile industry , certification body or in
sustainability domain ,familiar with textile industry end to end supply chain , good knowledge of sustainable textile material will be a plus
7-10+年纺织企业、认证机构或可持续发展领域的工作经验，熟悉纺织产业链上中下游企业情况（原料、纱线、织造、染整、服装及品牌）、熟悉各种纺织环保原料（再生涤、人棉、棉花和动物纤维等）的应聘者优先考虑。
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, 优秀的英语听说读写能力
- Customers focus with good oral and written communication skill to drive results
以客户为中心，具有优良的口头和书面沟通能力
- Ability to take ownership of issue , strong “ can -do “ attitude and good problem
solving skills 积极主动的工作态度，优良的解决问题能力
- Proficient in data analysis with extensive experience using office software tools 优秀的数据分析能力，熟练掌握PPT,EXCEL等办公室软件
- Proven project management experience, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously 具备出色的项目管理经验 ，能够同时处理多个任务
- Overseas working or studying experience is a plus but not a must
有海外工作或学习经验者优先
- Experience in Certification Body (GRS/RCS /RWS /OCS etc. ) , Transaction Certification or supply chain traceability is a plus but not a must
有认证机构(GRS/RCS/RWS/OCS等标准)，交易证书或供应链追溯项目相关工作经验的优先
