What You'll do:

- Implement and manage Control-M workflows, ensuring job execution aligns with business requirements and SLAs.

- Configure and maintain Control-M MFT Enterprise for secure and efficient file transfers.

- Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to minimize operational disruptions.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align automation solutions with company needs.

- Continuously optimize automation workflows for efficiency, scalability, and resilience.

- Handle incident and problem management, implementing corrective and preventive measures.

- Document technical implementations, monitoring procedures, and incident resolutions.

- Provide reporting on process performance and alert management.

- Full remote position

What You Are:

- Experienced in Control-M administration, job scheduling, and dependency management.

- Skilled in Control-M MFT Enterprise for secure file transfers.

- Proficient in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

- Strong in log management and alert configuration for proactive issue resolution.

- Preferably certified in Control-M.

- Knowledgeable in monitoring tools like Zabbix, CheckMK, or similar platforms.

- Proficient in scripting languages (Shell Script, Python, Perl) for custom automation solutions.

- Problem-solver with a keen eye for process optimization and troubleshooting.

- Fluent in English
