We are seeking a Solar Customer Care Specialist to join our team and help provide exceptional customer service to Powur’s Homeowner customers.
The Customer Care Specialist will work to interact with Homeowners to provide the very best in solar solutions through our company. The right Customer Support Specialist loves being part of a team, thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and can contribute to the company’s growth, success, and desire for world-class service. This position will be a critical member of a highly dynamic and cross-functional team to deliver Homeowner solutions through coordinating the departmental efforts of sales, accounting, operations, compliance, installers, and administration.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide an EXCEPTIONAL Homeowner customer experience.
Be one of the first and potentially last voices a customer may hear- you will answer questions about installation timing, billing, our processes, user systems, and customer service-related questions.
Manage the queue of support communications, acting as the front line in assisting homeowners
Identify key trends happening within the business, and be proactive not just to bring them up but to help architect solutions to resolve the issue going forward.
Help and assist consultants and customers with problem-solving, or finding solutions to admin-related issues so projects successfully proceed to installation.
Work with the operations team, software partners, installation partners, and finance partners to address customer service-related issues.
Work inside different CRM and software platforms with technical proficiency.
Act as versatile customer service support Ninja, always upholding a high caliber of service, professionalism, and respect for the company's Consultants and Customers who are the true engine of what makes our company unique.
Any other action and responsibility that may arise and be necessary to assist in improving the homeowner experience for our customers.
Qualifications & Attributes:
2 + years of Customer Service experience
Experience in the Solar Industry (min. 6 months) is preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
Experience with productivity software such as MS Office Suite and/or GSuite
Experience with CRM or project management systems such as Podio is preferred
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
Positive, fun and winning attitude to get things done!
Ability to empathize with homeowners and work to help each one as best as possible while balancing the needs of other homeowners.
Self-motivated independent worker.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and highly organized.
Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced, remote corporate environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $35k - $40k/annual - Depending on experience
