Position Overview
The Director of Business Development will lead BoxPower’s demand generation and pipeline growth initiatives, owning the "qualified pipeline additions" KPI and ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for our specialized sales units (Utility and C&I) to convert. This role will oversee lead generation activities—including online marketing, conference attendance, direct outreach, and inbound lead management—while maintaining and reporting on pipeline health and performance to the executive team.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring a blend of marketing expertise, outbound sales acumen, and data-driven decision-making. The Director of Business Development will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to optimize BoxPower’s go-to-market strategy, expand market presence, and accelerate revenue growth.
