Order Management: Reviewing daily orders on ShipStation, verifying addresses, restoring orders, and selecting appropriate shipment services in accordance with established guidelines.
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, cancellation requests, and return requests using pre-approved templates in line with company guidelines.
Inventory Replenishment: Assisting with the replenishment of inventory to marketplace fulfillment centers, following provided instructions.
Post-Purchase Order Resolution: Investigating and documenting post-purchase order issues, and submitting claims to shipping carriers as needed.
Dispute Management: Submitting and following up on disputes regarding incorrect charges, fees, or claims as assigned.
