Lead Clients, Drive Innovation, and Ensure High-Quality Workflow Solutions

Do you thrive in hands-on project management? Are you skilled at translating high-level client needs into clear, actionable development plans? Do you enjoy working directly with business customers while leading technical teams? If so, VeilSun could be the home you’re looking for.

We are searching for a Project Manager to lead clients through workflow automation and software development projects. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between clients and the development team, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, well-prioritized, and successfully delivered.

This role is not about being a technical developer but rather about owning the product vision, managing technical resources, and ensuring successful execution of workflow-driven applications using low-code and automation platforms. You’ll also be hands-on when needed—rolling up your sleeves to assist with quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the final product meets business needs.

We want to hear from you if you have 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, including interpreting business needs into actionable development work! We offer a competitive salary ($80,000–$110,000) and an exceptional benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), PTO, and sick time.

What You’ll Do:

Own project execution, ensuring workflow-driven applications are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
Manage and guide technical teams to build workflow-driven applications using low-code and automation platforms.
Work directly with business stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and align technology with business needs.
Serve as the Product Owner on behalf of the client—interpreting high-level business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for the development team.
Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing when needed, ensuring that the final product meets client expectations.
Facilitate project workflow, including backlog prioritization, requirement gathering, and feedback loops.
Analyze data and workflows to enhance system integrations and automation.
Ensure clear communication between clients and the development team, helping to resolve roadblocks and drive successful outcomes.
