Job Description

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Project Manager to be the linchpin in our client’s Australian expansion. This unique role combines high-level administrative support with hands-on project management in the digital space. You’ll be instrumental in managing multiple website launches, crafting marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth operations across international time zones. This position offers an exciting opportunity to wear multiple hats, from updating websites and creating social media content to liaising between teams in different countries. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the management and updating of 3-6 new websites, utilizing WordPress and other cutting-edge web tools
  • Craft engaging social media content and maintain an active online presence using platforms like Canva
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to establish our client’s brand in the Australian market
  • Act as a crucial communication bridge between Australia-based management and international team members
  • Manage executive calendars and handle high-level administrative tasks with precision and discretion
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, working independently to meet objectives
  • Coordinate seamlessly with various team members and external resources to ensure project success
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance our client’s digital presence and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, combining executive assistance and project management
  • Advanced proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and other digital marketing tools (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong background in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of basic web development concepts and digital marketing principles
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Flexibility to work hours aligned with Australian business time
