Job description

This is a remote position.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced digital advertising and marketing technology company. The ideal candidate has a strong financial background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. You thrive in an environment that requires managing large datasets, analyzing trends, and delivering strategic insights that drive business decisions.

As the FP&A Analyst, you will provide excellence by:

  • Performing financial and business-related research and analysis, including preparing forecasts and analyzing financial reports, records, and trends.

  • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases to facilitate financial analysis and reporting.

  • Managing corporate KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Conducting and documenting financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Creating financial models to assess profitability, efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Identifying key performance indicators and working to improve financial reporting processes.

  • Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting cycles.

  • Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.



Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be our FP&A Analyst?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas).

  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience in the digital advertising, marketing technology, or SaaS industry is a plus.

  • Must currently reside in the Philippines.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is a full-time, remote role that follows U.S. business hours. Flexibility may be required based on business needs and reporting deadlines.
