Job description

Remote Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California

We provide a space where individuals and families can process challenges, build self-awareness, and strengthen relationships. Our supportive environment allows clients to explore their emotions freely, knowing they are heard and understood. Through therapy, we help clients navigate personal growth and healing at their own pace.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Guide clients toward emotional and behavioral well-being.
  • Coordinate care with community resources when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:
