JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant who excels in a dynamic environment, capable of managing both administrative responsibilities and creative projects, such as crafting presentations. This role presents a unique and rewarding opportunity to work across two exciting industries: real estate and the Hollywood film business.
Providing direct support to the owner, you will engage in a range of fun and fulfilling activities. On the film side, your duties will include reaching out to publishers to secure rights for book adaptations into movies and TV shows and conducting research to gather additional information. In the realm of real estate, you will monitor properties, communicate with tenants, and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
This position offers a stimulating and diverse workload that is both challenging and rewarding, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is passionate about both the cinematic and real estate worlds.
