Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Global Events Director to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all corporate events, including webinars, live conferences, and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) across North America and EMEA/France. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing high-impact events that drive customer and prospect engagement, brand awareness, and pipeline growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a global events strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring all events drive measurable impact.Live Events & Conferences: Plan and manage Trackforce’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and proprietary events across North America and EMEA, including France.Webinars & Virtual Events: Own the end-to-end execution of virtual events and webinars, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure high engagement and lead generation.Customer Advisory Boards (CABs): Lead the logistic execution of CABs to deepen customer relationships, gather insights, and drive product innovation.Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with agencies, venues, and other external partners.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align event initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and report on event performance, providing insights to optimize future event strategy and execution.Regional Events & Dinners: Support the planning and execution of regional networking events and executive dinners to foster deeper customer relationships and industry connections. Manage logistics, venue selection, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless experience.Qualifications 7+ years of experience in event management, including global event execution, webinars, and customer engagement programs. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align events with business goals and marketing campaigns. Proven track record of successfully managing both virtual and in-person events that drive pipeline and customer engagement. Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology industries preferred. Excellent project management, organizational, and budgeting skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence key stakeholders. Strong understanding of the North American and EMEA event landscape, with experience managing events in France a plus. Willingness to travel globally as needed. Why Join Us?
