Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in Graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and design software. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse print and digital designs. Understanding of design principles, industry trends, and effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Experience in Brand Identity: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in developing brand identity and visual guidelines. 
  • Expertise in Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools like Canva or Figma. 
  • Creative and Strategic Mindset: Ability to think both creatively and strategically, translating brand vision and values into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience. 
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
  • Self-Motivated and Proactive: Able to work independently, take initiative in developing brand assets, and provide innovative solutions without requiring close supervision. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing strategist and receive and incorporate feedback.
  • Experience with Digital and Social Media Assets: Proven experience creating social media graphics and digital content that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Core responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Development: Establish and document a cohesive brand identity that includes our brands visual style, voice, and positioning.
  • Design key brand elements, such as logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and layout standards, to create a recognizable and consistent brand presence.
  • Create a comprehensive brand guidelines document that outlines the proper use of all brand elements, ensuring consistency across all applications. 
  • Branded Material Creation: Develop branded materials for both internal and external use, including social media templates, website graphics, sales pitch decks, presentations, and in-house resources.
  • Collaborate with the marketing strategist to ensure all materials align with brand objectives and contribute to cohesive storytelling across platforms. 
  • Social Media and Digital Content Support: Design engaging and brand-aligned assets for social media, including posts, stories, and banners, to support marketing campaigns and enhance brand presence online.
  • Create templates and graphic assets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with our marketing strategist to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience. 
  • Provide recommendations for tools, platforms, and creative ideas that could enhance brand visibility and engagement. 
  • Deliverables and Initiative: Deliver completed brand guidelines and a range of branded materials within established timelines. 
  • Take the initiative in identifying new opportunities for brand growth and provide creative solutions to improve brand presence and consistency.
