About the Role:
Diabolocom is rapidly expanding and establishing a strong global presence. We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive our growth across the Middle East. In this role, you’ll capitalize on our CCaaS and proprietary AI solutions—hosted on national clouds in the GCC—to chart our success in the region.
This position reports to Diabolocom's Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and involves regular collaboration with our CEO, who plays a key role in our international expansion.
Your Missions:
Market Entry Strategy: Develop and implement a robust lead generation and market entry strategy for the Middle East region. This includes identifying key sectors, potential customers, and strategic partners.
Customer & Partner Engagement: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers and partners in the region. Clearly communicate how our solutions can help them enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. Tailor our value proposition to address the specific needs of the Middle Eastern market.
End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes targeting appropriate companies and decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations, responding to RFQs, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.
Cultural & Market Adaptation: Ensure all business development activities are culturally adapted to the Middle Eastern market, understanding local business practices, decision-making processes, and customer expectations.
KPI & Performance Management: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to achieve commercial targets. Regularly review and adjust strategies to ensure the company meets its growth objectives in the region.
Customer Success & Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners by deeply understanding their needs and demonstrating our capability to support complex customer journeys through state-of-the-art customization, industrialization, and automation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to align strategies and share market insights. Provide regular feedback on regional market trends, customer expectations, and competitive landscape to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with global objectives.
Compliance & Localization: Stay informed about local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements in the Middle East. Ensure that all business activities adhere to these regulations, and adapt our offerings as necessary to meet local needs.
You demonstrate the following skills and track record:
• Fluency in both standard Arabic and English
• Proven track record of driving revenue in B2B SaaS or cloud contact center solutions
• Deep familiarity with the Middle Eastern market landscape, including local regulations, business culture, and competitive dynamics
• Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial drive: able to define and execute market expansion plans, adapt to changing conditions, and innovate
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey technical value propositions and build trust with C-level stakeholders.
