Qualifications

Empathy & Sensitivity: Ability to respond compassionately to clients' unique situations.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and policy management is essential.
Sales/Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in insurance is a plus but not required.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, online applications, and digital tools for remote work.
Independence & Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
Reliable Attendance: Consistent availability to meet client needs is essential.
