Manager, Revenue Operations
The Manager, Revenue Operations is the architect of our internal tech stack and strategic partner to leadership, working to build and optimize our revenue machine. This role will provide our Sales, Marketing, and CX teams with the tools and systems needed to excel in their functions, owning data integrity and structure to develop actionable reporting. They are expected to be a champion of change, identifying strategic insights to drive better outcomes for the team as a whole. This role is expected to deeply understand each team's core workflows and challenges and map them to technical architecture designed to drive efficient outcomes. Finally, this role will work cross-functionally with leaders to assist with change management and ensure alignment across teams.

In this role, you will
- Help develop strategy: Be an active participant at the Revenue leadership table to bring your technical architecture expertise and unique perspective with a deep understanding of current performance and trends.
- Identify & action insights: Actively seek out, validate, and share unique insights, ideas, or trends with the broader team to drive accountability and ongoing improvement.
- Be the project manager: Ensure that new initiatives have the buy-in and resources needed to start, then execute with a high degree of focus.
- Architect tech stack: From note-taking to core CRM, you will own the software products that the team relies on and are expected to source, implement, and maintain them in top shape.
- Train the team: a system is only as good as its users, and you’ll work closely with each team to ensure members are comfortable and adopting best practices and workflows.
- Own data structure & integrity: Ensure that the data created in core systems is accessible, complete, and consistent.
- Visualize data: Ensure that every team member is being provided with the relevant information for their role in an accessible way.
- Automate: Find ways, large and small, to reduce the manual work needed for team members to complete core workflows where they do not add value.
- Troubleshoot day to day: Be the go-to person for anyone experiencing a blocker in their daily workflows and help resolve it and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
- Document everything: Maintain accurate records of our systems, workflows, and processes.
- Adopt new technologies: Be on the lookout for new products and technologies that will serve our team and explore.
- Duct tape (where needed): Don’t be afraid to implement short term fixes and workarounds where they are the best option.
If you’re right for this role, you have:
- Ability to act as a consultant to understand the needs of a stakeholder and come up with potential solutions, then as a project manager to execute a solution and facilitate the change management for impacted team members
- Confidence in your skills and abilities to manage expectations and needs across the team, acting as a steward of the infrastructure that runs our revenue operations.
- Experience building multi-system architecture that minimizes cost and complexity while delivering a best in class experience for users
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategy and best practices.
- Significant Salesforce experience, including:
- Custom development (or other creative technical solutions to problems)
- External app integrations
- Managing data structure
- Development of reports and dashboards
- Extensive use of automation tools, including Zapier & Salesforce Flows
- Preferred to have examples beyond the out of the box triggers and actions.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including procurement and renewal negotiations.
- Comfort working independently with a high degree of autonomy

Salary
In addition to our robust benefits, cash compensation for this role is a combination of salary and performance-based bonuses. We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance with uncapped bonuses.
Base salary is determined with the consideration of experience and role expectations, in alignment with our salary bands. The salary for a Manager, Revenue Operations ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year for this senior-level role. Additionally, on-target bonuses are $30,000 per year, with accelerators to reward exceeding performance targets.
