Compensation: CA, WA D.C., NY, MD VA, NJ Minimum $103,000 – Maximum $128,800 per year
All other states: Minimum $87,600 per year – Maximum $109,500 per year

THE ROLE:
The SEMI Foundation, the workforce development and talent broadening arm of SEMI, is seeking an experienced, mission driven and creative Marketing & Communications Manager with excellent organizational and communications skills to manage all aspects of the organization’s marketing, communications, and public relations. We are looking for a dynamic professional who will lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives that engage diverse audiences, amplify the Foundation’s voice, and advance its mission. This role requires exceptional collaboration, leadership, and content creation skills to support organizational goals and drive brand growth. The Manager will oversee strategic marketing plans, manage content creation, and build relationships with media, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across programs. This role will manage the mar/com of the organization itself as well as its multiple flagship programs, including registered apprenticeships, K-12 engagement, veteran engagement, industry awareness, and more.
The ideal candidate is self-managed but able to work as part of team; highly collaborative and willing to be transparent about their work process and generous in sharing their knowledge; brings expertise, humility, and curiosity to the work in equal measure, and has superior communication skills.
The Manager will need to be creative, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and projects at any given time.
This is a full-time position which reports to The SEMI Foundation Senior Program Manager of Industry Awareness.
