NetSuite Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing NetSuite projects, from planning and implementation to ongoing support. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Oversee the entire NetSuite project lifecycle, from initiation to post-go-live support, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. 
• Possess an understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices, collaborating with technical teams to optimize solutions. 
• Lead and manage high-performing project teams, fostering open communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. 
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Define, manage, and control project scope, ensuring project deliverables meet client requirements. 
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Continuously evaluate and improve project methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Develop and deliver clear and concise project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and key metrics. 
• Manage project scope changes effectively, minimizing disruptions and maintaining client buy-in.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management. 
• Strong understanding of project management and ERP methodologies. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to quality. 
• Project Management Certification (preferred)
