Experience & Qualifications – 3+ years in lab management. Technical & Software Proficiency – Strong skills in Xero, LIMS, Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office, and CRM platforms. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of lab safety, financial regulations, and industry standards. Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills – Logical thinker with multitasking ability, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset. Leadership & Communication – Strong written/verbal skills, comfortable sharing ideas, training staff, and managing remote teams. Adaptability & Learning Mindset – Willing to learn, train others, and contribute to business expansion. Reliability & Growth Potential – Committed to long-term stability, growing into a leadership role within the company.

Core responsibilities:

Lab & Operations Management – Oversee daily lab activities, administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Sample, Data & CRM Management – Manage sample tracking, lab results, and database updates in LIMS/CRM systems. Bookkeeping & Finance – Use Xero for client setup, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial record-keeping. Scheduling & Coordination – Sync calendars, schedule appointments, and streamline team communication via WhatsApp, email, and Slack. Equipment, Inventory & Process Improvement – Monitor lab equipment, maintain supply inventory, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. Team Leadership & Training – Supervise remote staff, train team members, and develop leadership within the growing business. Reporting & Compliance – Maintain regulatory compliance, generate reports, conduct audits, and enforce SOPs.
