We are an early-stage, venture-backed consumer products business founded by serial entrepreneurs with a successful record of operating and investing in health and wellness brands.

Our mission is to advance public health by producing superior alternatives to nicotine and tobacco products. These products serve as vastly healthier alternatives to smoking and vaping, and also as powerful cognitive-enhancing tools for high-performing individuals. We are a lean, fast-moving team which prioritizes integrity and responsibility in everything we build.

What we need

We are seeking a high-aptitude and entrepreneurial Operations Manager to be our first full-time, non-founder hire. This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalized early-stage startup and take on meaningful responsibility across a variety of operations functions. This person will work on a broad range of functions alongside the COO and CEO, including but not limited to manufacturing, logistics and new product development. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s core operational functions on a daily basis - including manufacturing, materials sourcing, distribution, customer service and more. 
  
• Collaborate closely with the Founders on product development and support the CEO in managing other operational functions such as finance, HR, and legal.
  
• Recruit and cultivate exceptional talent across the company. Contribute to an excellent employee experience and high-performing culture.
  
• Collaborate with the Founders to establish budgets and targets (OKRs) for the organization, and ensure teams meet these goals.
  
• This role reports to the COO.
  

Requirements

Experience - 3+ years of relevant experience which includes demonstrated success in at least some of the following:

• Hands-on experience in an operations or financial role within companies manufacturing and selling a physical product. Bonus points if some of this experience was in a startup. 
  
• Investment banking, private equity, accounting, or management consulting experience.
