The Order Management Specialist ensures top-tier customer service through the proactive management of sales orders, from receipt to payment. This role involves accurate order processing, administration of customer contracts, and maintaining supplier registration forms. By partnering with cross-functional teams, the specialist supports Finance and Sales, ensuring seamless operations and best-in-class results
Your Tasks
  • Manage the day-to-day receipt and entry of orders from sales, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to acknowledging orders
  • Process and deliver sales orders following business guidelines including but not limited to new orders, renewals, and professional service orders
  • Handles the administration and invoicing of customer contracts
  • Complete and maintain supplier registration forms to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact and financial details with customers
  • Serves as a liaison between Finance and Sales to assist with ad hoc questions & general operations support for Sales team
  • Attends and actively participates in departmental meetings and calls
  • Performs other tasks as required with Finance and cross-functional partners
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 3+ years of order management experience
  • Knowledge of Order Entry and Purchase Order Systems
  • Current understanding of GAAP including revenue recognition
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Salesforce CPQ and accounting software (Sage/NetSuite) preferred.
