Job description

Business Administrator/ PA 
Location: South Africa, Remote

The person who will fill this roll will need to have previous experience in a similar capacity: 
Manage the procurement process for all six UK sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
Evaluate and select suppliers, managing relationships to secure the best terms and quality of service.
Continuously seek out and assess new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site managers to forecast demand, preventing shortages or overstock situations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
Maintain clear and effective communication with site managers to understand their purchasing needs and provide necessary support.
Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
Address any issues or discrepancies related to purchasing and resolve them promptly.
Research and implement the most cost-effective purchasing strategies to minimise expenses.
Regularly review supplier performance and pricing to ensure ongoing cost-effectiveness.
Assist the executive team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.

Requirements
Previous Experience working as:
A PA for 5 years, also comfortable:
Managing procurement of good
Looking after multiple websites (purchase orders etc)
Can use initiative & streamline processes
Can manage exec/ business related queries (diary, emails, travel arrangements etc)
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Has exceptional attention to detail
