Job description

Days/Hours

This can be flexible, but ideally…

  • 2 days Monday / Thursday or Tuesday / Friday
  • 4 hours per day (8 per week) for 2-3 months
  • 9:30am or later start time
  • Competitive hourly rate
  • NSW - North shore location - open to remote candidates
Key Responsibilities
  • Sending emails / or phone calls to clients regarding near due or overdue accounts
  • Following up with any queries ie resending invoices or assisting with handling of queries
  • Escalating as per the documented process
  • Updating client record with notes
  • Prepare monthly report of the aged debtor status
