Job description

This is a remote position.

The purpose of this application form is to gather potential talent for future job openings. 

In this role, you’ll drive sales and support customer growth by managing inbound leads and small business accounts. Qualify prospects, expand existing accounts, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, advancing them through the sales cycle.
  • Own and grow a book of business with accounts under $5K in revenue or 5K FTE.
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets by selling solutions to higher education institutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast sales opportunities.
  • Conduct at least 250 weekly sales touches via calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Coordinate with marketing on inbound leads, webinars, and conferences.
  • Work with Client Success to support key accounts.
  • Stay up to date on company platforms and capabilities.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in higher education, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office, mobile tech, and business systems; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • High energy, optimism, and self-driven.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Resilient, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptable to change and able to lead others through it.
