Your mission
Join deskbird as a People Operations Lead (f/m/d) and take full ownership of our people operations function. You will ensure compliance, optimise people processes, and foster a positive work environment in line with our mission to revolutionise workplaces worldwide.
In this role you will
  • have complete ownership and people responsibility over people operations topics
  • manage HR compliance
  • oversee our HRIS and people data management
  • review the payroll in close collaboration with our People Operations Specialist
  • conduct employee surveys and improvement of the current process
  • support career management and performance management
  • handle employee relations and wellbeing initiatives
  • act as the trustful HR lead and partner
  • organise company events
  • negotiate contractual conditions for external tools
What you need to be successful
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant hr operations roles within start-ups, scale-ups, or similar fast-paced environments such as consulting or investment banking
  • a degree in human resources
  • proven stakeholder management experience
  • excellent communication skills and trustworthiness
  • strong data and business acumen
