We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with a strong background in both UX and UI design to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and wireframing to creating visually compelling interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences across our digital products.

Requirements
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
  • Develop high-fidelity visual designs, ensuring consistency and usability across the product while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to align requirements and ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Use data-driven insights and user feedback to refine and iterate on designs, improving usability and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to and help maintain a scalable design system, ensuring cohesive design patterns across all digital products.
  • Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and improve functionality.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation and assets for developers, ensuring a smooth handoff and supporting the team throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience in UX/UI design, visual design, or interaction design may be considered in place of formal education.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI design skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Foundation experience of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience in responsive design for web and mobile applications.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and using data to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across various departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality designs.

Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum teams.
  • Experience with Human Centered Design
